If you've been reading this blog at all, you'll know that I love grilling. Because I do. And I've been doing it a lot lately. Here are some things that we ate two nights last week.
Grilled Spicy BBQ Tofu. Did I mention that I love making sauces? Especially barbecue sauce. And we like it spicy. YUM.
De-skewered veggies and asparagus. The skewered veggies were onions, green and red bell peppers, baby 'bellas, and zucchini.

We had leftover tofu and veggies from that night, so the next night I made a new sauce and simmered it all for a bit, and served it with some local corn and steamed local green beans. Yum.
