Pumpkin Waffles and Hash Browns

A couple of weeks ago, Thom made brunch for me and his parents. Delicious.

He made pumpkin waffles with maple syrup and blueberries, along with red potato and red pepper hash browns:

I will edit later with the waffle recipe--- His mom gave it to us, and it was heavenly. If I remember correctly there were a few feet of snow on the ground at this point in time, and a nice, hot brunch really hit the spot. Thanks, Thom!
